Mike Hamm
SENIOR MINISTER

Mike Hamm grew up in Crawfordsville, IN. He is a graduate of Lincoln Christian College (now University). He came to Stroh Church of Christ in the fall of 1996, after serving in full-time youth ministry for 10 years (Angola, IN & Hillsboro, OH). From 1996-98, he served SCC as associate minister. In November of 1998, he became the preaching minister.
Mike has been married to Laurie since 1981. They have 4 children: Bethany (married to Norm), Mark (married to Jennifer), Trevan (married to Mandy), and Hannah (married to Nick) and 6 Grandsons and 3 Granddaughters. Mike serves on the board of Trine Christian Campus House. He enjoys life, and is excited to see where God leads SCC. |
Andy Hayward
ASSOCIATE MINISTER
Having grown up in the Brushy Prairie area, Andy has deep roots in the community. He earned a degree in Christian Educational Ministries from Taylor University in 2011 and has served in ministry in both full-time roles and volunteer capacities since graduating.
Andy and his wife, Chelsea, were married in 2012 and have two daughters, Caroline and Audrey. They enjoy camping, spending time outdoors, and being involved in the life of the church and the surrounding community.
As Associate Minister, Andy is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus, connect in meaningful community, and become disciples who make disciples. He is grateful to serve alongside the Stroh Church of Christ family as they seek to make Jesus known in their community and beyond.

Adele Brunsman
CHILDREN'S MINISTER
Adele grew up in Northeastern Ohio and graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a Bachelors of Music in 2009. After graduating, Adele worked with a few different Child Cares and Day Cares in the Mason area and volunteered with the Middle School Ministry at the church she attended, which expanded her passion and her desire to reach children for God.
In her spare time, Adele loves spending time with friends and family, singing, dabbling in photography, baking, and watching movies.
Adele is excited for her future at SCC and cannot wait to see how God is praised through this ministry.

Luke Carnahan
YOUTH MINISTER

Luke grew up outside of Butler, IN. He attended Great Lakes Christian College, joining SCC upon graduating in 2026. While in college, he served as a part-time youth minister with Charlotte Church of Christ, forming and running a youth group for 3 years. He and Alice married in 2024 and welcomed their son, Lincoln, in 2025.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, practicing his cooking skills, and trying new restaurants. Luke is excited to see what God has in store for SCC and his family. |

WORSHIP MINISTER
Mark is a long-time resident of the Stroh area. His family moved to the area in 1996 when his father, Mike, took the Associate Minister position here at SCC.
Mark is a 2005 graduate of Prairie Heights High School and a 2012 graduate of Lincoln Christian University.
In his spare time, Mark loves to spend time with friends and family. He also enjoys playing sports of all kinds. He also has enjoyed coaching basketball and baseball.
In April of 2015 Mark married his college sweetheart, Jennifer! They have 2 beautiful children, Ryker Dean and Emma Grace.
After many years of full-time ministry at SCC, in October of 2023, Mark took on a part-time role with his main focus being worship.

Christy Howald
OFFICE SECRETARY
Christy has been the administrative assistant at SCC since April of 2008. She attended the University of Toledo, studying finance until she postponed finishing school to start a family with her husband, Chad.
Christy and Chad have been married since 1995. They have 2 children, Alex and Lizzie and one grandchild, Owen. Christy and her family moved here from Toledo in 2005. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, trying new recipes, and spending time with her family. Lisa Howe

Alicia Noll
TREASURER
Alicia has been employed at SCC since February of 1992. She began as the part-time secretary printing the weekly bulletins and monthly newsletter. She became the church treasurer when Annalee Groosbeck retired. In 1997 the church hired a full-time secretary and Alicia remained as treasurer.
She and her husband, Ron, have been members of SCC since the early 1970's. They both hold bachelors degrees in agriculture from Purdue University. Ron teaches agriculture at Prairie Heights High School and Alicia assists with the FFA chapter. They enjoy outdoor activities such as snow skiing, canoeing, and camping. |
Lisa has been the director at Agape Child Care since 2007. She has a bachelors degree in Christian Counseling from Summit Christian College (formally Fort Wayne Bible College). She first served youth in a program in the Dominican Republic then she started her own family. After that she began working with young mothers and children through a local crisis pregnancy center and Healthy Families of LaGrange. She loves serving God with ministering to many families and children in our area.
Lisa is married to her husband, Mark and they have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. They live in LaGrange County with their daughter Lilli.
